At the time of writing (August 2022), there are no district authorities in the UK that have special ultrasonic cavitation license requirements.
The requirements for insurance policies vary greatly between different companies. Some will require Beauty Level 2 or 3 and / or Anatomy & Physiology Level 2 for the 4D-Sculpt (Ultrasonic Cavitation and RF treatments), whereas others will simply accept our Cavitation and RF training. These are not regulatory requirements, however, they are arbitrary requirements applied by insurance underwriters as a means of managing their own risk, so can change without notice to us.
If you take a look at our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/PureGenex/) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/puregenex/) pages, you will see that we regularly share posts of the amazing results obtained by our customers. How Much Money Can I Really Make With 4D-Sculpt Cavitation And RF Training?
As an example of profitability of these treatment, a non-surgical facelift treatment client will be in the clinic for approximately 45 minutes, with a total combined cost of consumables being approximately £1 and the average treatment price being £75. That equates to £74 of profit for a treatment that requires 45 minutes of clinic time.
Using that as a basis for pricing of all treatments (target average £60-£75 per hour of clinic time – i.e. this is treatment, plus preparation and after-care time and is based on the prices charged by a selection of our existing customers across the country), if you have only 6 clients per day, 5 days per week, the machine is fully paid for in under 2 weeks! Then you only have ongoing consumable costs, providing exceptionally fast return on investment, then ongoing revenues of over £2000 per week. Of course, if you attract more custom, the returns can be significantly higher. A clinic booked 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, could generate approximately £3000 revenue per week (approx. £130,000 per year)!
As a simplified example, after completing the Cavitation and RF training included with the purchase of the 4D-Sculpt platform, the potential GROSS profit (before removing sales and general admin costs such as printing, marketing, premises, postage, etc) could be calculated as below :-
Treatments | Revenue Per Treatment | Revenue Per Day
Monday | 2 x 4D-Cavi Inch Loss (1 hour each) 2 x Non-Surgical Facelift (1 hour each) 2 x Brazilian Bum Lift (1.5 hours each) | £150 £150 £200 | £500 |
Tuesday | 2 x Lip Plumping (0.5 hours each) 2 x Body Sculpting & Skin Tightening of Decolletage (0.75 hours each) 2 x Ultimate Cellulite Reduction (2 hours each) | £60 £120 £300 | £480 |
Wednesday | 2 x 4D-Cavi Inch Loss (1 hour each) 2 x Neck Lift (0.75 hours each) 2 x Body Sculpting Arms (0.75 hours each) | £150 £60 £120 | £330 |
Thursday | 2 x 4D-Cavi Inch Loss (1 hour each) 2 x Non-Surgical Facelift (1 hour each) 2 x Brazilian Bum Lift (1.5 hours each) | £150 £150 £200 | £500 |
Friday | 2 x Body Sculpting Front of Thighs (1 hour each) 2 x Neck Lift (0.75 hours each) 2 x 4D-Cavi Inch Loss (1 hour each) | £180 £60 £150 | £390 |
Total Revenue Per Week | £2,200
Consumables Cost | This is the only direct cost of sale | 30 x £1 | £30 |
GROSS PROFIT PER WEEK | £2,170
GROSS PROFIT PER MONTH | £9,331
GROSS PROFIT PER YEAR (Assuming working 44 weeks per year) | £95,480 |
These figures are based on only 6 clients per day, 5 days per week, for 44 weeks per year (so taking up to 8 weeks holiday and sickness). This is extremely conservative and if you are able to attract more customers, you can generate significantly more revenue, but the model above is a good start point for showing the value proposition to a potential lender, or if you’re trying to decide if you should undertake Cavitation and RF training with PureGenex.
Are there any other costs I should be considering for consumables/other i.e. ultrasound gel?
In terms of costs, there are fixed costs (e.g. purchase of the machine, premises, furniture, power, etc.) and variable costs (e.g. consumables used for treatment). Once you’ve purchased the machine and determined your other fixed costs (which will be specific to you), the consumables cost per treatment is extremely low. Treatment Gel (use any good quality ultrasound gel), massage / carrier oil, spatulas and couch roll are the only consumables used and all are very low cost.
What Do I get With My 4D-Sculpt Cavitation And RF Training
Many generic training courses don’t even provide you with an ultrasonic cavitation training manual, but as our training is included with the purchase of any of our platforms such as the 4D-Sculpt or 4D-Cryo, we provide both printed and electronic copies of the training / user manual, alongside template forms and treatment tracker sheets.
What Happens After My Cavitation And RF Training?

Upon completing this successfully, you will receive a formal “certificate fo competence”, as evidence to all that you’re well on your way to becoming an expert in ultrasonic lipocavitation for fat removal and Radio Frequency Skin Tightening and Aesthetic treatments.
